Flip tabletop outline over so joists are flush with top of table. Imprint focus of over skirt closures and joists, 18 inches from outside of side smocks. Lay two tabletop sheets on top of table and line up with middle of table frame.
Join Tabletop Board Ends
Apply paste to uncovered farmhouse tabletop and lay remaining tabletop sheets on casing. Line up finishes with focus tabletop sheets. Screw just finishes to end covers.
Flip table over. Screw joists to tabletop sheets with two-inch screws.
Join Table Legs
Join legs to within table frame with two-inch screws.
Fill uncovered screw gaps with wood filler and let dry. Sand the farmhouse table with medium-coarseness sandpaper. Wipe clean with clammy material. Apply wood conditioner, stain and clear cover for an excellent wood complete.
